The Shops at the Denver Art Museum want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not, we accept returns on most items within 30 days of receipt. All returned merchandise must be in its original condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our guest services team via email or phone with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original shipping box, ensuring all tags are attached and including a copy of your original packing slip or receipt.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return shipping label or use a traceable carrier of your choice to send the package back to our Denver Art Museum fulfillment center.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned merchandise, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
